Everything you need to know about DeepClock
Getting Started
DeepClock is a free web app for time management. No account or installation required — all data stays in your browser.
Nine tools, accessible from the sidebar or by pressing 1–8:
- Scheduler — Multi-session timed workflows with transitions and presets
- Timer — Countdown/up with Pomodoro, queue, and mini timers
- Stopwatch — Lap tracking with persistent state
- Clock — Local time with world city displays
- World Clock — Timezone grid with 24-hour timeline
- Events — Group event planner
- Converter — Timezone converter
- Days Until — Holiday and custom date countdowns
- Settings — Theme, accent color, sounds, preferences
Timer Scheduler
The Scheduler is DeepClock's flagship tool. Build a sequence of named, timed sessions that play back-to-back with optional transition breaks.
Creating a Schedule
- Enter a session name, duration (mm:ss), and transition time between sessions.
- Click Add to append. Drag to reorder, click pencil to edit, × to delete.
- Total duration updates in real time as you build.
Running a Schedule
- Click Start to begin. Progress dots track completed sessions.
- Space pause/resume, N skip to next, R stop schedule.
- If Auto-play transitions is on, breaks start automatically between sessions.
Presets & Summary
- Click Save Current to store your schedule as a reusable preset.
- On completion, see total time, focus time, transition time, and a visual breakdown.
Timer
Standalone countdown/up timer with Pomodoro mode.
- Click digits to edit directly. Space to start/pause, R to reset.
- Pomodoro (P): Alternates work/break cycles. Customize durations in Settings.
- Timer Queue: Chain multiple named timers that run sequentially.
- Mini Timers: Independent timers that run alongside the main timer.
Stopwatch
- Space start/pause, R reset, L record lap.
- Fastest and slowest laps are highlighted.
- State persists across tab closes and browser restarts.
Clock & World Clock
- Clock — Local time with selected world cities. Toggle 12H/24H.
- World Clock — Timezone comparison grid with day/night indicators and draggable 24-hour timeline.
- Add/remove cities in Settings → World Clock Cities.
Other Tools
- Events — Plan group events with name, people, time, and activity. Stored locally.
- Converter — Convert times between timezones. Select source and targets.
- Days Until — Countdown to holidays and custom dates with emoji labels.
Settings
All preferences saved locally in Settings:
- Theme — Dark, Light, or Auto (system preference)
- Accent color — Choose from presets or keep Auto (cyan)
- Hour format — 12H or 24H across all displays
- Sound — Beep, Chime, or Bell (synthesized in-browser)
- Pomodoro — Custom work/break durations and session count
- World Clock Cities — Search, add, reorder, remove
- Reset — Restore all defaults (bottom of page, irreversible)
Focus Mode & Display
- F — Focus mode (hides nav, fills screen). Escape to exit.
- Shift+F — Browser fullscreen with focus mode.
- + / − — Adjust display size (50%–100%, saved per tool).
Keyboard Shortcuts
Press ? on any page for the shortcut overlay.
