  • Scheduler — Multi-session timed workflows with transitions and presets
  • Timer — Countdown/up with Pomodoro, queue, and mini timers
  • Stopwatch — Lap tracking with persistent state
  • Clock — Local time with world city displays
  • World Clock — Timezone grid with 24-hour timeline
  • Events — Group event planner
  • Converter — Timezone converter
  • Days Until — Holiday and custom date countdowns
  • Settings — Theme, accent color, sounds, preferences

Timer Scheduler

The Scheduler is DeepClock's flagship tool. Build a sequence of named, timed sessions that play back-to-back with optional transition breaks.

Creating a Schedule

  • Enter a session name, duration (mm:ss), and transition time between sessions.
  • Click Add to append. Drag to reorder, click pencil to edit, × to delete.
  • Total duration updates in real time as you build.

Running a Schedule

  • Click Start to begin. Progress dots track completed sessions.
  • Space pause/resume, N skip to next, R stop schedule.
  • If Auto-play transitions is on, breaks start automatically between sessions.

Presets & Summary

  • Click Save Current to store your schedule as a reusable preset.
  • On completion, see total time, focus time, transition time, and a visual breakdown.

Timer

Standalone countdown/up timer with Pomodoro mode.

  • Click digits to edit directly. Space to start/pause, R to reset.
  • Pomodoro (P): Alternates work/break cycles. Customize durations in Settings.
  • Timer Queue: Chain multiple named timers that run sequentially.
  • Mini Timers: Independent timers that run alongside the main timer.

Stopwatch

  • Space start/pause, R reset, L record lap.
  • Fastest and slowest laps are highlighted.
  • State persists across tab closes and browser restarts.

Clock & World Clock

  • Clock — Local time with selected world cities. Toggle 12H/24H.
  • World Clock — Timezone comparison grid with day/night indicators and draggable 24-hour timeline.
  • Add/remove cities in Settings → World Clock Cities.

Other Tools

  • Events — Plan group events with name, people, time, and activity. Stored locally.
  • Converter — Convert times between timezones. Select source and targets.
  • Days Until — Countdown to holidays and custom dates with emoji labels.

All preferences saved locally in Settings:

  • Theme — Dark, Light, or Auto (system preference)

FAQ

General

Do I need an account?

No. Everything runs in your browser with no login required.

Is DeepClock free?

Yes, completely free with no ads or paywalls.

Is my data sent to any server?

No. All data stays in your browser's localStorage. Only anonymous page-view analytics are collected.

Scheduler

Scheduler vs Pomodoro?

Pomodoro uses fixed work/break cycles. The Scheduler lets you name sessions, set different durations, and save as reusable presets.

Can I save schedules?

Yes. Click Save Current to store as a preset. Load with one click.

Troubleshooting

Timer isn't accurate

Ensure your system clock is synced, minimize heavy tabs, and keep DeepClock visible (background tabs may be throttled).

Settings aren't saving

Check you're not in incognito mode and that your browser allows localStorage.

Display too small or large

Use + / − to adjust size. Try focus mode (F) for a larger view.
